We want you to have a great experience with Barnabas Robotics! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Photos of the product and packaging
We’ll work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
Standard Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

All original parts, packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included

Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to additional deductions
Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover inspection, processing, and restocking costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
